Scallops we cook, how to cook lobster live
How to cook lobster live
Many people put lobsters directly into boiling water that killed them immediately but be careful. If the tail struggles, you can burn with hot water. The way to prevent this is killing lobster first, but do this right before being cooked. The preferred way to do this is to place a sharp knife point right behind the eyes and press it quickly. You can also put it in the freezer for about an hour before cooking.
To boil lobster directly
You can cook more than 1 lobster at once but make sure that you have a large skillet so they won’t be crowded.
Enter enough water into a skillet so that when the lobster is added to the water will fully cover it.
Insert enough water into a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of salt to every liter of water.
Bring boiling water and add the head of the lobster first.
Start time. Don’t cover the pot and stir several times.
